Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Physician to join a growing healthcare team. This full-time position offers an opportunity to provide comprehensive care to children and adolescents while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering patient-centered care and committed to promoting the health and well-being of the pediatric population.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality medical care to pediatric patients, from newborns to adolescents.
  • Diagnose and treat a variety of pediatric conditions, including acute and chronic illnesses.
  • Collaborate with specialists and allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records using electronic health record systems.
  • Participate in community health initiatives and educational outreach programs.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $300,000 guaranteed
  • Incentives: Productivity-based bonuses available
  • Loan Repayment: Eligible for National Health Service Corps and Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) programs
  • Signing Bonus & Relocation Assistance: Generous packages provided
  • Benefits: Comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan with a 6% annual retirement contribution (403(b), no match), paid time off, and a Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Call schedule: 10 days per month, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Flexible schedule designed to support a healthy work-life balance

Qualifications:

  • Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics
  • Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Missouri
  • Interest or proficiency in robotic-assisted surgery using the da Vinci Xi system (preferred but not required)
