About the position
Job Description:
We’re looking for dedicated CDL-A truck drivers, including recent graduates and experienced drivers. Enjoy competitive pay, regular home time, and great benefits!
Pay & Benefits:
- Weekly earnings: $1,300 - $1,500
- Paid orientation: $300
- 401(k) with company match
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
Freight & Routes:
- Dedicated freight with drop-and-hook loads
- 1,600 - 2,500 miles/week
- Home every 2 weeks for 48 hours
Equipment:
- Late-model trucks with advanced safety features
- Comfortable sleeper cabs
Trainee Program:
- Paid training for 4–6 weeks (Regional & OTR)
- Home time during training: Every other week for 34–48 hours
- Pet & rider allowed after training completion
Requirements:
- Recent CDL-A grads or 6+ months OTR Class A experience
- Valid Class A CDL, 21+ years old
- No major traffic violations or accidents in the last year
- Must pass drug tests and background check
