Salary range: $150-$180k base / $300k-$360k OTE

The Duel Brand Advocacy Platform allows enterprise brands to do just that, scaling how they manage their relationships with thousands of advocates, customers, creators and brand ambassadors. We’re proud today that brands such as Abercrombie & Fitch, Charlotte Tilbury, Spanx, Victoria’s Secret and Elemis (to name a few, but not to name some household names that we can’t talk about yet) are doing just that. The Role
At Duel, we’re the high-growth disruptor rewriting what “enterprise” means in the world of Brand Advocacy and MarTech SaaS. We win by pairing bold thinking with disciplined execution, and we invest heavily in the people who lead that charge.
We’re hiring a Head of Sales, to join our growing sales team in New York. You’re the player-coach, a builder who reads a boardroom as easily as a pipeline report. You turn sales demos into masterclasses, 1-on-1s into lightbulb moments, and big-logo prospects into lifelong partners at Duel. Your network is an equal-parts ecosystem of sales professionals and C-suite decision-makers ready to answer when you call.
We need an experienced sales leader and hands-on contributor, someone who can strategize, execute, and optimize in equal measure.
We’re looking for someone who will…
Lead NYC enterprise account executives in the office, out in the field, and anywhere deals are won
Set clear goals, run disciplined 1:1s, and make every Monday stand-up the launchpad for a winning week
Turn meetings, Gong calls, our “Learning Labs,” and ride-alongs into real-time skill accelerators
Use data-driven feedback loops to turn good sellers into consistent quota crushers
Leverage your network to source, hire, and onboard top-tier enterprise talent
Assist in hiring top-performing enterprise sellers from your NYC network and lay the groundwork to scale the team
Step into a player-coach role, mastering the Duel platform and enterprise motion while selling alongside reps
Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to design and run go-to-market plays that push Duels' broader objectives forward
Build executive relationships inside our named accounts, and help the team close marquee wins while teaching them to prioritize the right opportunities for steady, repeatable success
Track and interpret sales data in real time, converting insights into swift course corrections and fresh growth experiments
Close 1–2 new-logo enterprise deals in the first 6–12 months and build $5 M+ in qualified pipeline
Lift every current NYC rep to 75 % quota attainment through hands-on coaching, while shortening sales cycles and increasing average deal size
Install repeatable outbound and prospecting playbooks that drive consistent, data-driven pipeline growth and position Duel to exceed its revenue targets

You bring 7–10 years of B2B SaaS sales success, including 5 + years closing complex enterprise deals
You’ve spent 3 + years managing a high-performing sales team that meets or beats quota every quarter
You’ve taken NYC or another Tier-1 territory from scrappy to category-dominating, driving sustained revenue growth and new-logo wins
Your personal record is a string of quota-crushing quarters and headline-grabbing deals
You’re a master coach: call breakdowns, live shadowing, actionable playbooks, and pipeline-building prospecting sessions are your wheelhouse
Your Rolodex is stacked with A-list sellers and C-suite buyers who pick up when you call
You excel at prospecting and can train others to generate a healthy, data-driven pipeline
You combine strong leadership and team-building chops with superb organizational discipline that elevates everyone’s game
Your communication and relationship-building skills inspire teams and win stakeholder trust inside and outside the company
You hold a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field

We have a small HQ in London (Holborn) and a growing team of people in our NYC office.
Although we have a flexible hybrid approach, priority will be given to candidates near London or NYC who can spend some days in a shared space partnering with the team.
