The Role in Focus:
This Drama Teacher position, with a salary on the MPS/UPS scale, includes:
- Planning and delivering engaging and challenging Drama lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (with potential for Key Stage 5).
- Teaching a range of dramatic techniques, styles, and genres.
- Developing students' acting, improvisation, and performance skills.
- Directing school productions and performances (desirable, but not always essential).
- Creating a positive and supportive learning environment where students can express themselves creatively.

What We're Looking For:
- A qualified Drama Teacher with QTS.
- A passion for drama and theatre, and the ability to inspire that passion in students.
- Proven experience teaching Drama at the secondary level.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
