HR Generalist

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience.
Must be a graduate with a specialization in Human Resources.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Solid understanding of employee engagement, workplace culture, and fostering a positive work environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Maintain HR records, oversee payroll, benefits, and HRIS.
Develop and implement HR policies, job descriptions, and manuals.
Lead performance evaluations and employee development programs.
Organize training sessions and address skill gaps.
Ensure legal compliance and handle audits.
Resolve employee concerns, conflicts and promote engagement.
Strengthen employer branding and internal communication.
