Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

About the Company:

Sagan represents a boutique creative studio known for producing premium, high-budget video and film content. Their team thrives on aesthetic excellence, strong leadership, and full autonomy in execution. This hire is meant to take on a pivotal leadership role and relieve the founder from daily creative oversight on major projects.

Position Overview:

Were looking for a standout Video Producer who brings exceptional taste, a strong sense of leadership, and the ability to run high-end film and video projects independently. This isn't a task executor role -- its for someone who can confidently make creative decisions, drive production timelines, and elevate the output from concept to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of high-budget video and film projects.
• Make key creative decisions on style, pacing, tone, soundtracks, and visuals.
• Identify project gaps and autonomously move production forward.
• Collaborate with editors, animators, and designers to shape best-in-class content.
• Serve as a key point of contact (and ideally client-facing) on relevant projects.
• Ensure projects reflect the highest quality and alignment with client expectations.

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience in video/film production.
• Demonstrated ability to lead creative projects independently.
• A strong portfolio that showcases impeccable taste in editing, visuals, and audio.
• Proven track record of taking initiative and pushing creative boundaries.
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with multimedia workflows including motion graphics, animation, and sound.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience working in agency or boutique creative studio environments.
• Spanish fluency (not required, but helpful).
• Prior experience managing client relationships directly.
