Responsibilities
Prepare financial statements by analyzing client financial records and reconciling key accounts
Prepare payroll and payroll tax returns
Assist with personal income tax returns under CPA supervision
Handle client inquiries related to financial and tax matters
Maintain accounting software and provide support as needed
Engage in special financial projects as required
Qualifications
Associates Degree at a minimum, preferably in accounting
Minimum of 5 years in small business administration or as a controller
2+ years experience in preparing personal income tax returns
Experience in financial statement compilations and payroll processing
Highly computer literate with quick learning abilities

Associates Degree in Accounting or related field preferred

7. Are you highly computer literate and demonstrate the ability to quickly learn software.
8. Are you proficient with Microsoft Office focusing on Excel.
9. Do you have experience with Thompson Reuters (Accounting CS, Practice, File Cabinet, Ultra Tax) is ideal.
10. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
