Product Marketing Manager Engineer
Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Product Marketing Manager Engineer to lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and drive the success of our products in the market. You will be responsible for positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, product launches, sales enablement, and customer insights to ensure our offerings stand out and resonate with the target audience.
Job Responsibilities
· Develop and execute product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences.
· Plan and lead product launches, collaborating with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive awareness and adoption.
· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and positioning opportunities.
· Create sales enablement materials, including battle cards, presentations, case studies, and product guides to support the sales process.
· Own the creation of marketing assets like datasheets, whitepapers, web content, and promotional campaigns.
· Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to develop campaigns that drive product interest, adoption, and revenue.
· Serve as the internal and external evangelist for the product, occasionally working directly with customers, partners, and prospects.
· Analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform product enhancements and marketing strategies.
· Work closely with Product Management to align on product roadmap priorities based on market demand.
Key Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechatronics or Electromechanical is preferred).
- 6 - 10 years of experience in the same role.
· Strong understanding of market research, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate technical features into clear customer benefits.
· Proven experience with cross-functional collaboration between product, sales, and marketing teams.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to make decisions.
· Experience in B2B or B2C marketing (depending on your company's focus).
