Account Manager

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Account Manager:

Job Responsibilities

Manage and grow assigned client accounts by fostering strong relationships and understanding client needs.
Develop tailored solutions and proposals to address client requirements effectively.
Plan and execute sales strategies with a focus on both customer acquisition and long-term retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
Track and analyze market trends and customer feedback to support continuous improvement and service enhancement.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
Proven experience in account management or B2B sales, preferably within the technology or IT services sector.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to design and implement effective sales strategies.
Knowledge of document management systems, workflow automation, or enterprise IT solutions is advantageous.
