Position Overview

The Remote Data Analyst will collect, organize, and interpret healthcare and operational data to uncover actionable insights. You will work closely with leadership, clinical teams, and administrative staff to identify trends, optimize processes, and drive strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in data analytics, a curiosity for uncovering patterns, and a passion for using data to improve healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources, including EMRs, scheduling systems, billing software, and patient feedback platforms.

• Analyze patient care data to identify trends, treatment outcomes, and areas for improvement.

• Develop dashboards and reports to support clinical and operational decision-making.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient care, staff productivity, and clinic efficiency.

• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and present findings to non-technical stakeholders.

• Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning efforts based on data trends.

• Ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance with healthcare regulations (including HIPAA).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.

• Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, R, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

• Strong understanding of database management and data visualization best practices.

• Familiarity with healthcare data, EMRs, HIPAA compliance, and clinical reporting is a plus.

• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
