About the position
TASQ is looking to hire a Business Development Manager for a position in Clark, Pampanga. The initial pre-screening interview will be conducted via phone.
**Position Overview: Business Development Manager (Clark)**
- Location: Clark
- Work Schedule: Daytime/Shifting
- Work Arrangement: Onsite (Hybrid options available)
- Start Date: As soon as possible
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate new sales and marketing growth opportunities across various sectors.
- Develop commercial and pricing strategies.
- Create sales channel strategies (including alliance partnerships, franchising, e-commerce, etc.).
- Oversee new product development, including identifying optimal revenue models, sales/distribution channels, and pricing strategies.
- Negotiate strategic partnerships, including financial arrangements, customer sharing, and intellectual property rights.
- Prioritize and monitor investments in new product development initiatives; may also involve project managing and integrating new business ideas or acquisitions.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience as a Business Development Manager is required.
- A college degree is necessary; a master's degree is preferred.
- Background in sales, particularly in banking or BPO.
- Established connections with conglomerates.
- Experience in tech sales and solutions selling is essential.
