Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and tech-savvy Demand Generation Specialist with expert-level HubSpot experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving our marketing automation systems, optimizing conversion pathways, and providing actionable insights through data-driven reporting. This role plays a critical part in driving mid-funnel (MOFU) and bottom-of-funnel (BOFU) marketing initiatives.
This is a remote position working 8 AM 4 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Candidates must have their own equipment and be prepared for load shedding where applicable. No travel is required.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, including HubSpot CRM, email automation, and lead nurturing systems.

Develop and execute strategies to improve marketing efficiency and lead conversion rates.

Identify opportunities to enhance automation workflows and marketing processes.

Work with the marketing agency to develop and implement SEO strategies for MOFU and BOFU content.

Track keyword performance, search rankings, and refine optimization strategies.

Optimize landing pages, website forms, and overall user experience to maximize lead capture and conversion rates.

Track, analyze, and report on the performance of MOFU and BOFU marketing campaigns.

Develop dashboards to provide real-time visibility into campaign performance and marketing initiatives.

Measure the ROI of marketing activities, including lead nurturing programs and technology investments.

Collaborate with the Sales team to improve lead handoff processes and ensure lead quality.

Gather and incorporate sales feedback to refine marketing strategies and customer journey touchpoints.

Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Recommend and implement new tools and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation.

Strong expertise in HubSpot is a must.

Experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console) preferred.

Solid background in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), A/B testing, UX optimization, and form enhancements.

Proficient in campaign analytics, KPI tracking, and ROI measurement.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Self-starter with a passion for innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
