Customer Care with a Finance Company (French Language)
Office Location is Centro Empresarial de Braga Ferreir, Rua Professor Henrique Barros LT A4 e A5, 4705-319 Braga, Portugal
Salary is EUR 900 per month gross with bonuses

Your Role
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers of a leading Consumer Credit Platform. Youll assist clients with inquiries related to accounts, payment plans, credit applications, and general supportproviding clear, professional, and timely solutions.
What You'll Do:

Handle incoming queries via phone, email, and chat in French

Assist customers with credit applications, billing inquiries, account updates, and platform navigation

Ensure compliance with industry standards and data protection regulations

Escalate complex issues when necessary while maintaining customer satisfaction

Deliver exceptional service that reflects the values of our partner brand

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the customer experience
What We're Looking For:

Fluency in French (C1 level or above)

Good command of English (B2 minimum)

Previous experience in customer service, finance, or tech support is a plus

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
