What Youll Do in This Role

As a Legal Back-Office Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring transport operators uphold the rights of passengers.

• Understanding each customers unique situation and providing support for their legal claims.

• Managing legal claims with various stakeholders, including lawyers, legal officers, and national enforcement bodies, to assess the validity of the customers claims.

Your Qualifications

This role is a great fit for you if you:

• Have a high level of German and fluency in English (B2)

• Possess excellent communication skills

• Have experience in Customer Service or as a tourism/travel representative (a plus)

• Are proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player
