Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is a field data collection company founded in 2017 in Europe. We collect data where automation is not possible. From counting features to capturing images, videos, and audio, our mission is to deliver accurate field data for smarter decision-making. Our teams operate across Europe and North America, taking on new challenges every day.
Project Overview
We are launching a large-scale visual data collection project across Germany to support one of the world's leading online mapping platforms.
Drivers will operate vehicles equipped with 360 cameras and lidars to collect high-quality visuals of streets, landmarks, and public areas. Data will be stored on SSD drives and used to improve mapping accuracy.
You'll follow pre-assigned routes, with some areas requiring multiple visits depending on weather and lighting conditions. Project duration typically ranges between 36 months.
Work Schedule: Full-time, standard business hours (8:00 AM 7:00 PM)
Your Responsibilities:

Drive designated routes in a company-provided vehicle

Operate and monitor onboard 360 camera and lidar equipment

Ensure data quality and troubleshoot minor technical issues

Follow safety protocols and driving regulations

Coordinate with the TSMG team on daily assignments
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Valid EU-issued driver's license
Clean driving and criminal record
5+ years of driving experience
Background in professional driving (taxi, delivery, logistics)
Tech-savvy: comfortable with Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Forms
Good in English
Responsible, reliable, and professional
Enthusiastic about travel and exploration
