What You’ll Do
- Create and deliver engaging lesson plans for Year 3 students that spark curiosity and a love for learning.
- Lead the Year 3 curriculum, ensuring it meets the diverse needs of all students.
- Monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help them achieve their best.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and motivated.
- Keep parents and guardians informed about their child’s progress and address any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to share ideas and improve the learning experience for all.
- Participate in school-wide initiatives and community events to help strengthen our school spirit.
What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, with a proven track record of helping students thrive in Year 3.
- Solid understanding of the National Curriculum and effective assessment practices for Year 3.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and engage students.
- A passion for creating an inclusive and high-achieving learning environment.
- A collaborative spirit and a forward-thinking approach to teaching.
- A commitment to your own professional growth and development as an educator.
