Your Impact

You'll be at the heart of our recruitment operations, managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process while acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates. Every hire you manage contributes to real business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Owning and executing full-cycle recruitment: from brief intake to onboarding support
  • Partnering directly with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs and company culture
  • Crafting job ads that attract, engage, and convert the right candidates
  • Running sourcing strategies (Boolean, LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, etc.) with speed and precision
  • Screening and interviewing candidates using behavioral and structured methods (STAR, competency-based, etc.)
  • Preparing detailed interview notes and candidate reports
  • Coordinating client interviews, feedback loops, and offers
  • Conducting reference checks and supporting offer negotiations
  • Driving strategic projects: client proposals, market mapping, salary benchmarking, etc.
  • Actively managing and growing candidate pools and talent pipelines
  • Co-managing our LinkedIn and social media content calendar (posts, thought pieces, video content)
  • Representing RecruitMe Plus at career fairs and recruitment events
  • Supporting business development efforts (prospecting, calls, and marketing campaigns)
  • Suggesting tools and process improvements that enhance hiring quality and candidate experience

Qualifications:

  • A creative thinker who's proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven
  • An excellent communicator in both English and Arabic, written and verbal
  • Tech-savvy and eager to embrace AI and automation tools in recruitment
  • A confident multitasker who can manage several roles without compromising candidate experience

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in recruitment
  • Proven success in headhunting and sourcing hard-to-fill roles
  • Strong understanding of the GCC talent market
  • Experience with ATS and CRM tools
  • Familiar with recruitment marketing and employer branding practices
  • Integrity and professionalism in everything you do
