As a Politics & Government Assistant for Social Media, youll play a vital role in gathering key information and monitoring advertisements, ensuring that everything remains safe and appropriate. Your main focus will be to triage requests and facilitate communication with Government, Political, and Advocacy partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and resolving issues effectively. What Youll Do

• Gather essential information and monitor advertisements to ensure quality and safety

• Detect inappropriate content and troubleshoot any issues

• Triage requests and coordinate with various entities

• Facilitate communication with Government, Political, and Advocacy partners

• Help keep relevant and engaging content on multiple platforms

• Provide prompt and professional responses via email, ensuring high quality and empathy

• Escalate issues when necessary

What Youll Need

• Native Hebrew and fluent English (at least C1 level required)

• Experience collaborating with compliance and legal teams (preferred)

• Familiarity with social media platforms (preferred)

• Strong communication skills and experience providing customer support via email (preferred)

• Passion for delivering exceptional support experiences

• Ability to handle large volumes of content across different platforms

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, positive attitude

• European Citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
