We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager, with experience in Fast Food or Fast Casual dining. 

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, including but not limited to, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales and profits. This is a key leadership role that requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the fast-food industry.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and addressing any issues promptly

- Train and develop team members to provide exceptional service and maintain brand standards

- Monitor and control costs, including labor, food, and supplies

- Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment for all team members

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for improvement

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members

- Handle any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and efficient manner

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a General Manager in the fast-food industry

- Proven track record of driving sales and profitability

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Strong business acumen and ability to make data-driven decisions

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

- Familiarity with inventory management and cost control techniques

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
