Location: Reading | Contract: Full-Time, Permanent | Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance

A respected and inclusive SEN school in Reading is seeking an experienced and compassionate SENCO to take a lead role in supporting learners with complex needs this September. Your Role as SENCO:
You’ll lead the coordination of SEND provision, supporting teaching staff and specialists in delivering high-quality, differentiated learning. You’ll oversee EHCP reviews, contribute to whole-school strategy, and work closely with families and external services. You’ll play a vital role in shaping inclusive practice across the school.

Who We’re Looking For:
A qualified SENCO (or someone working towards the NASENCO qualification) with a deep understanding of SEND frameworks, outstanding organisational skills, and a warm, supportive leadership style. Experience in an SEN setting is highly desirable. An enhanced DBS is essential.
