Your Role as a Chemistry Teacher

In this role, you will:

• Teach Chemistry across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, delivering content with clarity, precision, and enthusiasm

• Support students in achieving exceptional academic results, with many progressing to science and medicine-related degrees

• Contribute to the development of a challenging and engaging curriculum, grounded in conceptual understanding and real-world application

• Provide academic support and guidance, including extension opportunities for the most able learners

• Participate in wider school life, including science clubs, Olympiads, competitions, and enrichment trips

We Are Looking For a Chemistry Teacher Who:

✔️ Has Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching Chemistry up to A-Level
✔️ Demonstrates strong subject expertise and a passion for science education
✔️ Can inspire and stretch high-ability learners in a selective school environment
✔️ Is committed to continuous improvement and reflective practice
✔️ Contributes actively to the professional and academic life of the department and school
