Job Details:
- Freight Type: Reefer
- Touch Freight: 100% no touch, 60% drop & hook
- Weekly Pay: $1,200 - $1,500 (based on experience)
- Mileage: Average 2,100 - 2,300 miles per week
- Home Time: Every other week for 34-48 hours
- Pet/Rider Policy: Bring your dog or rider from Day 1 (Trainees must wait until training completion; dogs must weigh under 30 lbs)
- Orientation: Paid
- Bonus Potential: Monthly bonus up to $0.08 CPM (fuel, safety, performance)

- No slip seating
- Drivers can take trucks home

For Recent CDL A Graduates:
- Requirements:
- Must have a Class A CDL
- At least 120 hours from an accredited truck driving school
- Paid Training:
- Training type: Regional & OTR
- Duration: 4-6 weeks
- Training pay: $650/week
- Home every other week for 34-48 hours
- Dog & Rider allowed after training completion
- Paid orientation $300
Requirements for All Drivers:
- Age: Must be 21 or older
- Driving Record: Fairly clean with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions in the last 5 years
- Employment History: Solid 10-year work history with no major gaps (outside of school or training)
- Safety Record: No terminations from previous jobs due to safety concerns
- Background Check: No DUI/DWI, felonies, or misdemeanors in the last 10 years
- Drug Screen: Must pass urine and hair follicle pre-employment drug screen
