About the position
We are seeking a passionate MFL (German) Teacher to join an Outstanding mixed school in Camden from September. This is a permanent, full-time position. The ideal MFL (German) Teacher will deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. We require a dedicated MFL (German) Teacher.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging MFL (German) Teacher lessons, tailored to the curriculum.
- Prepare students for GCSE examinations.
- Develop students' language skills and cultural understanding.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the development of the MFL curriculum and resources.
- Organise and lead German-related extracurricular activities.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in German.
- Proven experience teaching German at secondary level.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for German language and culture.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
