πΉ Key Responsibilities:
β Rapidly engage and resolve technical cases in a fast-paced, 24/7 team environment
β Monitor and maintain streaming equipment, encoders, and DM systems
β Troubleshoot & resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues
β Manage & update workstations, including user configurations and access rights
β Coordinate with ISP providers to resolve connectivity issues
β Ensure adherence to SLA standards by responding to incidents promptly
β Perform system backups and disaster recovery operations
πΉ Required Skills & Experience:
β
3+ years of relevant experience in system administration or IT support
β
Fluent in Bulgarian & English (both written & spoken)
β
Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
β
Hands-on experience with:
- Linux (Ubuntu) at a working level
- Windows Domain Infrastructure (AD, Hybrid AD, Policy Management, DNS, DHCP)
- Virtualization (VMware)
- Basic scripting in PowerShell/BASH
- Networking (LAN/WAN, VPNs, VLAN, WiFi) β experience with Cisco, Ubiquiti
