About the position
In collaboration, we are partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company to recruit a German-speaking Video Content Moderator for their office in Porto. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an international team while working on a major streaming platform.
Location: Porto, Portugal
Employment Type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary
Key Responsibilities:
- Review user reports on video content and ensure compliance with platform guidelines
- Audit and update content, including sensitive material
- Make balanced decisions, adhering to policies, especially related to data protection
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products/services
Requirements:
- Fluent in German (C2 level) and English (C1 level)
- 6 months of relevant experience preferred
- Comfortable with shift rotations, including nights and weekends
- Ability to handle sensitive content
- Strong computer and communication skills
