Your Mission as an IT Support Technician

As an IT Support Technician, your mission is to ensure smooth technical operations across both our field base and office locations. You will be the primary point of contact for all tech-related inquiries, helping to resolve issues with both hardware and software, to keep our team running effectively.


You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as an IT Support Technician

  • Provide frontline IT support to all staff, addressing both hardware and software issues
  • Assist in setting up, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment for field and office teams
  • Conduct regular system checks and updates to optimize performance and prevent disruptions
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues in collaboration with our network team
  • Perform scheduled maintenance on field-based systems to ensure reliability during operations
  • Support end-users in understanding and utilizing various software and tools
  • Document issues, solutions, and frequently asked questions to improve response times

Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as an IT Support Technician 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Familiarity with both hardware and software troubleshooting; experience with network troubleshooting is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to work in a rotational schedule, adapting to both field and office environments
  • Excellent communication skills in English, essential for remote and on-site support
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment

Additional Information

  • Working Days & Hours:  Rotational, with alternating field and office assignments.
  • Location: Tripoli, Jalu & Ubari.
  • Benefits: Based on experience the offer has a competitive salary.
