About the position
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative who has the ability to provide the best service to our customers. Our client in Greece works with many well-known brands and is now looking for new employees to join their customer service team
The requirementsYou already live in or want to move to Greece
Fluent in Danish or Norwegian (oral and written), with a good knowledge of English
An ability to handle complex customer enquiries and find solutions
A positive and proactive approach to work
Strong PC skills
Job description
Respond to customer enquiries via chat, calls and emails
Provide customers with information about products and services
Identify customer needs
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Identify and escalate prioritised issues
Follow up on customer calls where necessary
We offer
A fixed monthly salary + bonus (14 salary payments per year)
