IT Data Operations Specialist

What you’ll do:
• Support Business Intelligence tools like Power BI and OBIEE
• Platform management and Level Two Support for various data and analytical systems such as Informatica PWC, Snowflake, IICS, Qlik, Data Lake, etc.
• Handle operational tasks for the global data operations team including the planning and execution of platform lifecycle management.
• Administer the day-to-day tracking, auditing, and management of user security groups.
• Create and maintain operational handbooks for processes and systems used in data and analytics.
• Work closely with security, audit, and other operational teams to develop and maintain proper development governance (ex: DEVOPS/MLOPS) and appropriate policies and procedures.
What is required:
• Bachelors Degree in IT Systems or related
• Proficiency and fluency in English
• Demonstrable experience in Development or DevOps background especially in Power BI, SQL Development.
• Experience in Service delivery.
• Willingness to start work early (6AM) because of the Global team regular meetings.
Nice to have:
•Data management skills involving looking for patterns, understanding database design concepts and being able to participate in planning about database projects.
• Experience with ServiceNow and JIRA.
