A consistently Outstanding secondary school in Camden, as confirmed by their latest Ofsted report, seeks a dedicated Maths Teacher to join their high-achieving mathematics department from September. The role involves delivering engaging and challenging lessons across all key stages, fostering a deep understanding and love of mathematics, and preparing students for exceptional GCSE and A-Level results. We are looking for a skilled and passionate Maths Teacher to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and challenging maths lessons across all key stages, including A-Level.
- Prepare students for high-stakes GCSE and A-Level examinations.
- Develop students' advanced mathematical understanding and problem-solving skills.
- Assess and monitor student progress meticulously, providing constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the development of an innovative and rigorous mathematics curriculum.
- Organise and lead enriching maths-related extracurricular activities and competitions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Mathematics.
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding mathematics lessons at secondary level.
- Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for mathematics education.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience teaching A-Level Mathematics is highly desirable.
