About the Role:
- Deliver engaging and practical Drama lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, covering acting techniques, script analysis, and theatre history.
- Develop and implement stimulating lesson plans that encourage improvisation, role-play, and collaborative performance.
- Assess student progress through practical performances, written work, and presentations, providing constructive feedback.
- Contribute to extracurricular drama clubs or school productions.
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Drama or a related field.
- A good understanding of dramatic techniques and theatre concepts.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A passion for drama and the ability to inspire students' creativity and confidence.
