Job description
Due to growing demand Bluebird Care Bury and Bolton are seeking honest, reliable and kind individuals to join our amazing team. Whether you are looking for a full-time role, part time or just a few hours to supplement income, speak to us about finding a rota that suits your lifestyle.
Early morning starters from 7am - 14:00pm (Including alternate weekends).
Your Role:
- Provide personal care and support to vulnerable adults in their own home.
- Preparing Meals and snacks.
- Prompting of Medication.
- Helping with laundry and/or household cleaning.
- Support with shopping and/or managing their bills.
- Being a friendly, reliable companion who they can rely on for support.
Requirements:
- You must have a full, clean drivers’ licence with a reliable car.
- Confident in driving to different locations.
- Live local to Bury/Bolton and have a valid right to work. We cannot provide sponsorships.
- Good written and spoken communication skills.
- Experienced care assistants preferred but not essential as full training and support will be provided.
- Willing to work alternative weekends.
- Your application will be subject to an enhanced Adult and Child DBS check.

Pay Rate:
- Weekday: £13.20 Per Hour
- Weekends: £13.70 Per Hour
- Bank Holiday: £26.40 Per Hour (Double Pay)
- Mileage: £0.35 Pence Per Mile
