We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Food Technology to lead our Food Technology department starting this April. As Head of Food Technology, you will inspire a love for food science and practical cooking among students, helping them build skills that will last a lifetime.
Key Responsibilities for the Head of Food Technology include:
- Provide leadership and vision for the Food Technology department.
- Develop and implement a creative, engaging Food Technology curriculum.
- Ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning in Food Technology across all key stages.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted interventions when needed.
- Lead CPD for Food Technology teachers and manage departmental resources.
- Establish links with local businesses to enrich the Food Technology curriculum.
The Ideal Head of Food Technology will have:
- Proven leadership experience in Food Technology.
- A degree in Food Technology or a related subject.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- A passion for Food Technology education and student success.
