About the position
A forward-thinking Mixed Comprehensive School in Hounslow is seeking a dedicated Psychology Teacher to join our Humanities department. We are looking for an educator who can inspire students to explore the complexities of the human mind and behavior.

About the Role:
- Deliver engaging and challenging Psychology lessons to Key Stages 4 and 5, including GCSE and A-Level.
- Develop and implement lesson plans covering psychological theories, research methods, and ethical considerations.
- Facilitate student-led discussions, debates, and research projects.
- Assess student progress through essays, presentations, and examinations.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the psychology curriculum.
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in Psychology or a related field.
- Extensive experience teaching psychology at the secondary level.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- A passion for fostering psychological understanding and critical thinking.
