Your Role as SENCO:
- Lead and coordinate SEN provision, ensuring students receive high-quality support.
- Oversee EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans) and liaise with external agencies.
- Support and train classroom teachers in delivering inclusive lessons.
- Work with parents, carers, and external professionals to ensure holistic support for students.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A qualified SENCO (or a teacher willing to complete the NASENCO qualification).
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing SEN provision in a secondary setting.
- Knowledge of SEND legislation, EHCP processes, and inclusive teaching strategies.
- Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
