MPS/UPS Salary
We are looking for a dynamic Computer Science teacher to join a highly regarded school in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be expected to teach Computer Science to KS3, KS4, and KS5 students on a full-time basis. The department is well-resourced and boasts a supportive Head of Department who is committed to providing an environment where teachers can thrive. The school is open to both experienced Computer Science teachers and ECTs.

Experience and Qualifications
- Computer Science teacher to teach at KS3, KS4, and KS5
- Excellent subject knowledge in Computer Science
- A teaching qualification with QTS
- Legal ability to work within the UK
Specific Responsibilities
- Lesson planning and effective delivery to meet the needs of all learners
- Assessment and recording of achievement
- Managing the classroom and resources effectively to create a safe, stimulating, and positive learning environment
- Maintaining positive discipline and promoting the well-being and progress of students, providing guidance and support
- Developing positive relationships with colleagues, parents, and students, maintaining effective lines of communication
Salary
The salary will be paid in line with the teacher pay scale (MPS / UPS).
