A well-respected secondary school in High Wycombe is seeking an experienced and passionate SENCO to lead their SEN provision. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting students with additional learning needs in a progressive and inclusive school.

Your Role as SENCO:
- Lead and manage the school’s SEN provision, ensuring the best outcomes for students.
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, parents, and external agencies.
- Develop and implement strategies to support students with additional needs.
- Oversee EHCPs and ensure appropriate interventions are in place.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A qualified SENCO with the National Award for SEN Coordination (or working towards it).
- Strong knowledge of SEN policies and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
