History Teacher - Outstanding School - Havering

The Role:

Full-time KS5 History Specialist position, with a focus on curriculum innovation and development.
Deliver A-Level History lessons and contribute to the review and enhancement of the History curriculum.
Provide excellent support and mentorship to Early Career Teachers (ECTs) within the department.
Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies, incorporating digital resources and technology.
Foster a love of History among students, encouraging them to explore diverse perspectives and historical interpretations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it.
Degree in History or a related field.
Experience teaching A-Level History (for experienced teachers) or a strong interest in teaching at KS5 (for ECTs).
Knowledge of current educational technologies and their application in the classroom.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
