Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join a dynamic primary setting in Hammersmith, supporting the delivery of high-quality education and making a positive impact on young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver planned lessons across the primary age range in the absence of the class teacher.
- Support and enhance student learning through small group work and one-to-one interventions.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to plan and implement engaging learning activities.
- Assess and track pupil progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as required.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student growth.
Requirements:
- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience working with primary-aged children in an educational setting.
- Ability to deliver lessons confidently across the primary curriculum.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting diverse learning needs.
