About the Role
As a Travel Experience Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for travelers, assisting them with bookings, inquiries, and issue resolution. Your role is essential in ensuring that users receive a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and efficient customer support
- Handle inquiries and complaints via phone, chat, and email
- Demonstrate empathy and professionalism when assisting travelers
- Investigate and resolve issues, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and secure customer information
- Recognize and report potential process or system improvements
Who We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in German (C1) & proficient in English (B2+)
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in hospitality, travel, or customer service is a plus
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong investigative and multitasking skills
- Proactive and motivated to meet performance targets
