The Role:
- Lead the school’s SEN provision, ensuring all students receive the support they need
- Collaborate with staff, parents, and external agencies to support students with additional needs
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes
- Oversee the creation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support interventions
What We’re Looking For:
- QTS and SENCo qualification (or willingness to achieve it)!
- Strong experience in leading SEN provision and supporting diverse learners
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- A commitment to ensuring all students achieve their full potential
