Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Business at KS4 and KS5 (GCSE and A-Level)
- Take on a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) to support the development of the department
- Lead curriculum planning and delivery for Business studies
- Support and mentor students to achieve their best outcomes
- Contribute to the wider school community and uphold the school’s ethos
- Participate in departmental meetings and school initiatives
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Business or related field
- PGCE or QTS
- Previous experience teaching Business to KS4 and KS5
- Experience in or potential for a leadership role within a department is highly desirable
