David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Bulgarian speaking Games Presenter Team Manager for their Gaming studios in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Position: Games Presenter Team Manager
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reports to the Manager and collaborates closely with the Training and Development Lead.
- Ensures proper assessment, coordination, and facilitation of both new and existing staff.
- Fosters an inspiring team environment, setting clear goals aligned with company culture and performance metrics.
- Ensures compliance with all relevant standards and requirements, surpassing expectations where possible.
- Serves as a representative, ensuring effective communication across teams.
- Maintains professional relationships with internal stakeholders while upholding company standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in Bulgarian (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency (B2).
- Proactive in building positive and engaging relationships with team members.
- Actively contributes to the company’s growth and success.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Excellent business communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant industry.
- Willing to work in an office environment with a shift schedule.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications.
