Role Overview

As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding direct sales by developing key B2B accounts and breaking into major enterprises, telecom operators, and Fortune 500 companies. Key Responsibilities

๐Ÿ”น Develop & Manage Key Accounts โ€“ Build and maintain strong relationships with major enterprise clients.
๐Ÿ”น Drive Business Growth โ€“ Identify new opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships.
๐Ÿ”น Sales Strategy Execution โ€“ Present, promote, and sell IP communication solutions to high-level decision-makers.
๐Ÿ”น Market & Industry Analysis โ€“ Stay ahead of telecom and unified communication trends to drive competitive advantage.
๐Ÿ”น Collaboration & Client Success โ€“ Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure top-tier service delivery.
๐Ÿ”น Brand Representation โ€“ Attend industry events and meetings to strengthen the companyโ€™s market presence.

Who Weโ€™re Looking For

โœ” Chinese national based in San Francisco with a valid work visa
โœ” 5+ years of proven B2B sales success in telecommunications/unified communications
โœ” Strong experience in key account management, especially with telecom operators, Fortune 500 companies, and state-owned enterprises
โœ” Fluency in Chinese & English
โœ” Bachelor's degree or higher
โœ” Experience from companies like Cisco, Logitech, Microsoft, Poly, Zoom, or Jabra preferred
โœ” Strategic thinker with strong negotiation & communication skills
โœ” Proactive, results-driven, and customer-focused
