Your Mission as a Lead Electrical Construction Supervisor

As the Lead Electrical Construction Supervisor, your mission is to oversee all electrical construction activities on-site, ensuring timely project completion, adherence to safety standards, and top-quality execution. You will lead a team of skilled electrical professionals, manage resources efficiently, and maintain seamless communication with stakeholders to achieve project success.

You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as Lead Electrical Construction Supervisor

• Oversee and manage the electrical construction process, coordinating with workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Enforce safety regulations, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with electrical and building codes.
• Resolve conflicts on-site, maintaining a collaborative work environment.
• Keep accurate records of project progress, costs, and quality control.
• Manage resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure all work aligns with approved plans, specifications, and permits.
• Write and issue Permits to Work, ensuring hazard controls are understood by all.
• Approve Isolation Requests, Validation, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Interface with clients, site managers, and other supervisors to address concerns and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide technical guidance, monitor schedules, assist in commissioning, and manage as-built drawings.
• Verify on-site materials and coordinate with electrical QA/QC teams and subcontractors.

Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as Lead Electrical Construction Supervisor

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Good years of industry experience, including years of experience in construction and EPCC projects.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor with a strong understanding of state electrical and safety codes.
• Exceptional leadership and managerial skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in electrical project management, design, construction, procurement, costing, equipment fabrication, commissioning, and safety.
• Basic knowledge of related disciplines such as civil, mechanical, and instrumentation.

Additional Information

• Working Days & Hours: Rotation (6x3).
  
• Location: South of Sirt - Libya.
