๐ Your Responsibilities
โ๏ธ Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet the needs of students with SEND.
โ๏ธ Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages independence and confidence.
โ๏ธ Work closely with SEND specialists, support staff, and external agencies to provide the best support for students.
โ๏ธ Monitor and assess studentsโ progress, using EHCPs and personalised learning plans to inform teaching.
โ๏ธ Use a range of differentiated teaching strategies to engage learners with diverse needs.
โ๏ธ Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing updates on students' progress and development.
โ๏ธ Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and CPD opportunities related to SEND.
โ What Weโre Looking For
๐น QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant degree in Education or SEND.
๐น Experience working with students with SEND, particularly in a classroom setting.
๐น A deep understanding of EHCPs, differentiation, and inclusive teaching strategies.
๐น Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with colleagues and external professionals.
๐น A commitment to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
๐น Passion for supporting children with SEND and helping them reach their full potential.
