Your Role as SENCO
- Lead and manage the SEN department to ensure high-quality provision for students with additional needs.
- Oversee EHCPs, interventions, and in-class support for students.
- Work closely with teachers and support staff to develop inclusive classroom strategies.
- Liaise with parents, external professionals, and school leadership to create an effective SEN framework.
Who We’re Looking For
- A qualified SENCO (or a teacher with SEN experience working towards the SENCO qualification).
- A passionate leader with strong knowledge of SEN best practices and legislation.
- A proactive and innovative approach to SEN education.
- A team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
