Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of dedicated science teachers, fostering a collaborative and supportive departmental culture.
- Oversee the delivery of engaging and challenging Science lessons across Key Stages 3-5, promoting scientific inquiry, critical thinking, and a love of science.

- Oversee the maintenance and development of science laboratories and equipment, ensuring a safe and stimulating learning environment.

Ideal Candidate:
- Passionate about Science and committed to inspiring young scientists.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven leadership experience in a Science department.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
