About the position
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Business Teacher to inspire students across KS4 to KS5 in Walsall. If you have a passion for business and enjoy helping students develop critical thinking, entrepreneurial skills, and real-world business applications, we would love to have you on board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and inspiring business lessons to KS4 and KS5 students.
- Develop and implement a curriculum that fosters critical thinking and business acumen.
- Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to support their academic growth.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and independent thought.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practices and contribute to departmental goals.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A degree in Business, Business Education, or a related field.
- A teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
- Proven experience teaching business at secondary school level is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of business theory and practical applications in real-world settings.
