About the Role:
- Teach Psychology at A Level, inspiring and challenging students to explore the complexities of human behaviour and mental processes.
- Plan and deliver engaging and thought-provoking lessons that cater to a range of learning styles and abilities.
- Support students in conducting research, analyzing data, and evaluating psychological theories.
- Prepare students for their A Level Psychology examinations.
- Contribute to the department's curriculum development and resource creation.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and stimulating learning environment.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching practice.
We are looking for:
- A qualified teacher with QTS or equivalent.
- Excellent subject knowledge in Psychology.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
