Your Role:
πΉ Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to students with a range of learning needs.
πΉ Create a positive and structured classroom environment that fosters confidence and independence.
πΉ Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the SENCO and support staff.
πΉ Use innovative and adaptive teaching strategies to meet the needs of students with diverse abilities.
πΉ Work closely with parents, carers, and external professionals to ensure holistic student support.
πΉ Track and assess student progress, making adjustments to teaching strategies as needed.
Who Weβre Looking For:
β
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
β
Experience working with students with SEN, ideally in a specialist or inclusive setting.
β
A patient, compassionate, and flexible teaching approach.
β
Strong knowledge of differentiation strategies and SEN teaching techniques.
β
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
β
An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
